Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our social club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating events, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for members. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. A background in retail management, team supervision, and customer relations is highly desirable.
Duties
- Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily operations of the social club, including managing memberships, reservations, and event planning.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage inventory control, purchasing, and merchandising to ensure the club is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and financial record-keeping.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to promote club events and membership drives through various channels.
- Develop and implement policies related to club management, safety protocols, and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor budgeting activities and assist with financial planning to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development programs, and oversee shift management.
- Maintain organized records of payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks using organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail sales, store management, or hospitality settings with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and retail math.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in training & development, team management, and employee supervision.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional activities relevant to social clubs or similar venues.
- Ability to handle customer service issues professionally with phone etiquette skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Experience in purchasing decisions, inventory control, pricing strategies, and sales management is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $46,067.24 - $60,000.00 per year
