We're looking for a leader who takes pride in building a great team, creating incredible food, and helping grow a company that's going places.We cater everything from intimate dinners to large weddings, corporate events, and high-end private functions. Every event is different, and we take a lot of pride in doing things the right way.What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading and developing our kitchen team
• Overseeing food production from prep through event execution
• Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation
• Creating efficient systems and keeping the kitchen organized
• Managing food costs, labor, inventory, and ordering
• Working with our sales and event teams to make sure every event is executed at a high level
• Training staff and building a positive, accountable kitchen culture
• Continuing to improve our menus, recipes, and overall operation

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:

• Has Executive Chef or strong Sous Chef experience
• Leads by example
• Stays calm under pressure
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Takes ownership and solves problems instead of waiting for someone else to do it
• Cares about food quality just as much as building a strong team
• Wants to be part of something that's growing

Experience in catering, hotels, banquets, or large-scale production is a big plus.About Memoirs CateringWe're a fast-growing catering company based in Honolulu. • Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience
