Overview Paragon Community Services is seeking a Driver to provide transportation services for our clients. This position will be assigned to a general geographical area and will be responsible to transport adults with disabilities to and from programs. What will I be doing as a Driver at PCS? Provide reliable transportation for clients to their home and program. Operate vehicle in a safe manner, abide by all State of Wisconsin traffic laws Assist clients with getting into and out of vehicle Utilize mobile technology to interact with dispatching staff Maintain vehicle and client documentation per company standards Maintain the exterior/interior of the vehicle Adhere to policies and procedures regarding vehicle use and transportation. What will I get? Base rate of $16.00/hr. What is the schedule? Mornings as early as 6:30am to as late as 9:30am. Afternoon as early as 1:30pm to as late as 5:30pm. Weekdays only, no weekends! What are the Qualifications? A High School Diploma, GED/HSED, or equivalent work experience Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with 3 years clean driving record Demonstrates skill and/or potential in working with individuals with special needs in a supportive environment Exercising courtesy and maintaining individual dignity Exercises good personal judgment, critical thinking skills and punctuality Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality and strong communication skills.
