Position Summary:
As a Receiving Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse. From verifying shipments to assisting with deliveries and supporting field staff, you'll help ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and unpack incoming shipments and verify accuracy.- Stage and prepare outgoing merchandise and equipment.
- Assist field staff with material pick-up and removal of heavy equipment (e.g., boilers).
- Perform warehouse stock returns, inventory control, and job returns.
- Communicate with Dispatch Coordinators and Warehouse Manager on material issues.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and vehicle safety.
- Deliver parts and materials to job sites and different departments as needed.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and meet KPIs.
- Support research and procurement of materials for technicians.

- Experience with inventory systems
