Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees through effective training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, refunds, and pricing adjustments with accuracy
• Oversee purchasing activities including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and controlling inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients through promotions or community engagement
• Monitor store metrics such as sales figures, labor costs, and operational expenses to meet budget goals and optimize profitability

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail or service environments with supervisory responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and basic bookkeeping practices
• Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales management, and budgeting principles
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to train staff and foster teamwork
• Previous experience in customer service roles with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with operational management tasks such as shift scheduling, cash handling procedures, and employee orientation
