Barista Customer Service Kitchen Support
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and dependable person to join our café team!
Our café can be fast-paced, so we need someone who is quick-thinking, able to multitask and comfortable jumping in wherever needed. Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely enjoys people and understands that great customer service is just as important as making a great cup of coffee.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks and other café beverages
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders and accurately operate the register/POS system
- Help customers with questions and recommendations
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
- Package and serve bakery and café items
- Restock cups, supplies, ingredients and merchandise as needed
- Keep the café, counters, equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Wash dishes and assist with general cleanup
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and a positive attitude
- Jump in and help other team members wherever needed

A team player. In a café, everyone helps. You may be making lattes one minute, helping in the kitchen the next, and restocking or cleaning in between.
Positive under pressure. Busy days happen! We’re looking for someone who can work with a sense of urgency without becoming overwhelmed or sacrificing friendliness.
