Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Barista to join our team. In these roles, you will be responsible for making boba drinks while also providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, drink and hospitality, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. This position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook certain menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle food safely, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times.
- Provide excellent guest relations by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area throughout service.
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods while performing duties in the kitchen and dining areas.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
