Job Summary Under supervision but following standard policies and procedures, remove, clean, and re-install air conditioning duct /terminal units throughout the hospital facilities. Qualifications 1. Remove, clean, and reinstall air conditioning duct /terminal units. 2. Maintain service record of work performed. 3. Bring to the foreman’s attention any broken diffusers or dampers during the course of a workday. 4. Replace/repair ceiling tiles associated with the terminal units as needed. 5. Visual inspect areas and submit all repairs through the work order system. 6. Responsible for snow removal as needed. 7. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned. 8. Ensure all work is completed within ICRA & ILSM guidelines s and satellites. 9. May perform routine repairs/replacement of ceiling tiles. Responsible for snow removal as needed. Education & Requirements: 1. Completion of a high school or vocational school. 2. Three to five years working experience in a hospital environment. 3. Must have physical ability to work on ladders. 4. Must be physically able to use a respirator. 5. Ability to complete routine written records. 6.
