Responsibilities:
- Sort, process, and deliver incoming mail and packages to departments and employees.
- Process outgoing mail and shipments, including label creation.
- Maintain records and documentation as needed.
- Stock supplies and move product.
- Assist with moving equipment and furniture.
- Assist with events and conference setup.
- Help manage and organize warehouse and storage areas.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of processes and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in customer service, facilities, and/or shipping functions.
- Basic math skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with postal and shipping standards.
- Experience with UPS WorldShip or similar shipping systems.
- Office and warehouse setting; moderate noise level.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, and balance for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $21-22/hr
