Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect hardware for quality and functionality.
- Run test software and meticulously document findings.
- Follow system prompts for testing process
- Modify device programming as directed using company software tools
- Accurately pack additional materials into device boxes per customer requirements
- Escalate individual device functionality issues to leadership for disposition
- Meet daily production targets
- Willingness to provide feedback on process constraints/pain points
Qualifications:
- Sense of urgency
- Proficient in computer usage and software applications.
- Must have experience in shipping/receiving
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing, packaging, and reporting.
- Dependable and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Previous experience following production schedules or meeting production or fulfillment quotas.
- Familiarity using software tools in production, fulfillment, or testing environments
- Ability to adapt and react to changing priorities
- Open to daily and weekend overtime as directed by management as needed by the business
Pay Rate: $15/hr.
