11th Hour Service is partnering with a fast-growing, innovative healthcare organization to hire a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a brand-new clinic opening in Sartell, MN.

Schedule
- M-F Day shift only
- No nights or weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under physician supervision
- Perform evaluations including medical history, exams, and assessments
- Identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients and guide them through their care
- Assist with in-office procedures as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified (Family or Adult)
- Active Minnesota license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of NP experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Interest in ENT or specialty care preferred
- Valid driver’s license
