Join our client’s premier neonatal team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. You will provide advanced care in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and compassionate care, all while enjoying a family-friendly lifestyle and outdoor adventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on care in four Level-III NICUs
- Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually
- Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE
- Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care
- Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
- Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate, communicative manner

Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree or higher
- Valid Board Certified
- Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP)
