Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the program admissions team to ensure the efficient processing of applications for the Career Pathways Training Program, foster a positive applicant experience, and support institutional goals related to program enrollment, case management, and completion
- Serve as a key liaison between the admissions and tuition payment teams, overseeing tuition payment coordination and contributing to academic performance reviews to support student retention and success
- Oversee, train, and support admissions assistants and counselors
- Manage daily workflows, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely follow-up on prospective student inquiries
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Support the Assistant Director in monitoring and enhancing admissions processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Develop and document procedures for participant intake and enrollment review and approval
- Analyze admissions data to track progress toward enrollment goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with the Operations Division to monitor and address tuition payment issues, financial clearance, and billing questions
- Work closely with the academic and student support teams to track and review student academic performance, supporting early intervention and retention efforts
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and external regulations related to admissions
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated admissions-related concerns or questions from prospective students and families
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ work experience required
- Minimum five (5) of experience in admissions, student services, bursar or a related field, with at least 2 year in a supervisory or lead role required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM and student information systems preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and lead teams effectively.
- Must be able to work some evenings
