Responsibilities
- Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately.
- Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment and food handling areas.
- Process cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Serve customers promptly, providing friendly service and addressing any questions or special requests.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely while adhering to food safety management and sanitation standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and culinary techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order processing.
