111 Motorclub is seeking a highly motivated, hospitality-driven professional to serve as our Hospitality & Member Experience Manager. This role combines elevated bartending service with member relations, event execution, inventory oversight, operational management, and business development. This is not a traditional bartender position — it is a leadership-facing hospitality role focused on cultivating the atmosphere, energy, and experience that define the club.
- Provide exceptional bartending and beverage service during club hours, private events, and member gatherings
- Maintain a polished, welcoming, and professional club environment
- Curate elevated member experiences through hospitality, attention to detail, and personalized service
- Develop and maintain beverage offerings, cocktail menus, and specialty event pairings
- Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all applicable regulations
- Build strong relationships with members and guests
- Learn member preferences and proactively enhance their experience
- Serve as a key point of contact during events and club activations
- Assist in onboarding new members and supporting membership engagement initiatives
- Manage and maintain the member app, including member communication, updates, event postings, reservations, and engagement features
- Help create a culture that reflects the exclusivity, energy, and community of 111 Motorclub
- Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of club events
- Coordinate hospitality logistics for automotive gatherings, private dinners, social events, brand activations, and member experiences
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless execution
- Identify opportunities to elevate events and increase member participation
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
- Track product usage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Work with leadership to optimize costs, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency
- Manage daily operational systems including Toast POS software and devices
- Troubleshoot and maintain operational readiness of POS systems, tablets, handheld devices, and related club technology
- Coordinate supplies and support overall club operational readiness
- Identify opportunities to enhance member engagement and club revenue
- Assist in developing partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and experiential offerings
- Support marketing initiatives and social engagement surrounding club events
- Bring creative ideas to improve the club experience and expand the brand presence
- Previous bartending and hospitality experience required
- Experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, automotive lifestyle, or event environments preferred
- Experience with Toast POS systems or similar hospitality software preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for hospitality, community building, and elevated experiences
- Interest in automotive culture is strongly preferred
