What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in both our production process and facility upkeep. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a band saw to cut stock material and distributing it to CNC machines.
- Feeding metal parts into automatic machines and removing them when the cycle is complete.
- Performing hand-finishing work like deburring, descaling, and smoothing sharp edges.
- Monitoring and maintaining machine coolant levels.
- Removing full chip carts and other scrap material from the shop floor.
- Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organized.
- Assisting in other areas as needed to help keep production on track.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of both production and cleaning tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 25 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in an environment with noise, machinery, dust, coolants, and oils.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
