Your MissionChampion residential and light commercial installations from first fittings to final start-up, while developing the next generation of installers.
You Will- Run residential and light commercial HVAC installs from kickoff to completion.
- Mentor apprentices and junior installers, assigning tasks and modeling best practices.
- Hold the line on safety and quality, ensuring every system meets or exceeds code.
- Walk clients through system operations so they feel confident on day one.
- At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience; more is welcome.
- Proven experience running a job site and coordinating a crew.
- Valid EPA Certification (non-negotiable).
- Dependable, solutions-focused, and punctual.
