Job description:We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician.Specializing in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients. 5yrs plus experience as a Commercial HVAC service tech is a must.Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, package rooftops, split systems, controls, pumps, and VAVsRead and interpret wiring diagrams and schematic drawings accuratelyDeliver excellent customer service while addressing client needsApply outstanding problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issuesMaintain strong organization and attention to detailWork efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtimeCarry and climb ladders up to 40 feetParticipate in after-hours on-call rotationWhat We’re Looking For:5 years of commercial HVAC Service Tech experienceHigh School diploma or GED required; technical school education preferredEPA certification requiredValid driver’s licenseMust pass drug test and background checkOSHA certification a plus (not required)Ability to perform physically demanding tasks: climbing, carrying 75 lbs , bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, working at heights and in confined spaces
