10X Health is searching for a Supply Chain Analyst to support the performance and optimization of our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and vendor partners to ensure inventory accuracy, reporting integrity, service level performance, quality, and operational scalability. Day-to-day, this person will analyze inventory trends, monitor vendor performance, place and manage purchase orders, support forecasting initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across procurement, fulfillment, and logistics processes. OBJECTIVES
- Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational scorecards
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend actions to optimize stock levels and reduce disruptions
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities across product lines
- Monitor vendor performance and track adherence to SLAs and turnaround expectations
- Partner with Operations and Customer Experience teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues impacting customers
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Support procurement and vendor management processes through reporting and analytics
- Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory data across systems and reporting tools
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Other duties, as required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret and communicate data clearly
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting or business intelligence tools
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience creating dashboards and translating insights into business recommendations
- Understanding of forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment concepts
- Ability to work independently while driving accountability across stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence
- General understanding of ERP, inventory management, and supply chain systems
- 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, procurement, or a related field
- Experience in nutraceuticals is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred
- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
- Travel up to 10% of the time
