Superintendent

We’re a custom home builder focused on high-quality execution and an excellent client experience. We’re hiring a Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations build homes from start to finish.

This role is for someone who loves building beautiful homes, runs clean sites, communicates clearly and effectively with homeowners, and finishes strong.

• Lead day-to-day jobsite operations for high-end custom homes
• Build and maintain the construction schedule
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors: sequencing, readiness, manpower, deliveries
• Quality control at every stage (pre-drywall, trim, finishes, final)
• Punch list creation, assignment, and closeout
• Inspections and jurisdiction coordination (city/county, utilities, third-party)
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professional standards
• Track progress with daily logs (Buildertrend), photos, and quick updates
• Communicate proactively with the project team and clients

• You’re running the jobsite schedule independently
• Subcontractors know expectations and show up prepared
• Quality issues are caught early (less rework, fewer surprises)
• Punch lists move fast and clean at the end of the job
• Clients feel informed and confident throughout the build

• 5 years experience as a Superintendent (residential preferred; custom is a plus)
• Strong understanding of sequencing and high-finish detail work
• Able to read plans/specs and coordinate with architects/designers when needed
• Confident communicator with subs, clients, inspectors, and internal team
• Organized, accountable, and calm under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Hands on experience
• Comfortable using basic tech (scheduling, photos, daily logs)
• Strong preconstruction mindset: anticipating long-lead items and risks

• Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 (DOE)
• Performance bonus: tied to schedule milestones, quality, and closeout
