Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of high-end custom home construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional custom homes on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site construction activities for custom home projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and building codes
- Maintain project schedules and report progress to project management
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
- Enforce job site safety standards and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve construction issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience, including at least 2 years in custom home building
- Strong understanding of residential building codes and inspection processes
