Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and web-savvy Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, your primary focus will be designing and optimizing visual elements for the 10Pearls website—our central hub for storytelling and lead generation. You will also create engaging graphics for our social media channels. Collaborating closely with our content and marketing team, you will translate campaign goals and brand narratives into visuals that enhance user experience, strengthen our brand presence, and support our growth objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Website Design & Optimization: Design key visual components for the 10Pearls website, including landing pages, campaign banners, iconography, infographics, and other page elements.
• Digital Asset Creation: Produce engaging and on-brand graphics for social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to promote content and campaigns.
• Design System Stewardship: Work within and contribute to our existing brand guidelines and web design system in Figma, ensuring visual consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborative Execution: Partner with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements, user intent, and conversion goals for all web and social initiatives.
• Visual Problem Solving: Help source, create, and apply icons, illustrations, and imagery that improve clarity, storytelling, and visual hierarchy on the web.
• Adaptation & Iteration: Skillfully adapt designs for different formats and devices, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights.
• Asset Management: Prepare and export production-ready web and social graphics, maintaining organized design files and Figma libraries.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• A portfolio showcasing strong web design projects and complementary social media graphics.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential, including practical experience with Auto Layout, components, styles, and shared design libraries for efficient web design.
• Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and how they apply specifically to website design, layout, and user interaction.
• Solid grasp of typography, color, and visual hierarchy for creating clear and engaging digital experiences.
• Ability to work thoughtfully within established brand guidelines and web templates while contributing fresh, effective ideas.
• Highly receptive to feedback with a proactive approach to iterating on designs.
• Maintains a sense of urgency in communication and execution, ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about design's role in marketing performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to prioritize and turn around design tasks swiftly without compromising quality.
