Partner with the best As a Department Administrator, you will provide advanced support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area. May be responsible for performing office tasks such as filing and/or maintaining highly confidential records, processing transactions and other similar duties. May prepare reports, presentations or correspondence. Follows organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks. May support in facilitating logistics of functional group. May handle special projects as assigned. Works under limited supervision. As a Department Administrator, you will be responsible for: Providing basic support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area. Performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties. Preparing reports, presentations or correspondence. Following organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks Supporting in facilitating logistics of functional group and handling special projects as assigned. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years office administrative experience. Expert computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or advanced knowledge of company-specific databases Experience in SAP / ARIBA Have some knowledge of practices and procedures of the department. Have good communication and analytical skills. Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills. Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment. Self-motivated.
