The primary role of the People Experience Operations Specialist is to serve as a key link between employees and the People team and must possess a strong sense of urgency, customer focus, anticipation of needs and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be part of our People Experience Team, ensuring that employees, managers, and leaders get exceptional personal service that helps them quickly find information, navigate processes and systems, and get to the correct team with efficiency, empathy, and accountability. Let’s talk about Responsibilities The primary objective of People Experience Operations specialist is to ensure all People related queries and requests are responded to in a timely manner through a tiered level of support, leveraging technology platforms, and focusing on high quality documentation and data integrity in core HCM systems to enhance customer experience. Help employees navigate our knowledgebase of policies, procedures, and articles Intake critical employee information to help triage and provide warm handoffs to our people advisory team or centers of expertise Monitor and answer frequently asked questions in our case management system Participate in proactive outreach to new employees to curate a memorable new hire experience Research and provide timely follow up and engagement when the answer is delayed, not obvious or routine Run and provide people reports as requested Assist with HR administrative work such as entering employee changes in the HR System (Workday), completing paperwork that requires employee information, and sending templatized employee notification templates Explore opportunities for continuous improvement and serve as an escalation point for shared services support as needed Facilitate new hire orientation and act as the face of the People Experience team May participate in small project work Performs other related duties as required and assigned Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of related experience Degree in Human Resources or related field considered an asset Workday system experience a must Strong communicator who takes ownership and initiative, relentless improver with customer empathy, and is results oriented. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
