Position: Chef de CuisineKey Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and execution

Lead, train, and supervise sushi chefs and kitchen staff

Maintain omakase standards, plating, and timing at the highest level

Manage prep, ordering, inventory, and food cost control

Enforce cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

Collaborate with ownership/management on menu development and seasonal offerings

Set the tone for professionalism, discipline, and teamwork in the kitchen
Qualifications:

Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef

Strong background in Japanese cuisine (omakase experience highly preferred)
