Manufacturing Training Coordinator

This position will work the night shift, 6pm – 6am, Sunday-Tuesday including every alternating Wednesday. We are looking for a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Manufacturing Training Manager and based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role. Role and Responsibilities: Conduct trainings for manufacturing processes Maintain training records for team members Work with Production team to develop a training plan for manufacturing team members and assign team members to appropriate trainings Create and communicate training schedule Conduct training audits monthly Partner with HR and Safety to coordinate compliance training Work with subject matter experts to develop and maintain standardized work for current skill trainings Work with Production team to create and conduct on-the-floor lean trainings Shadow current skills training (to be a backup as needed) Skills and Experience:  5 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment in a process/manufacturing/or operations/materials management role Strong organizational kills Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Strong verbal, listening, presentation, and written communication skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Bloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
