We are looking for a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Manufacturing Training Manager and based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Manufacturing Training Manager and based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct trainings for manufacturing processes
- Maintain training records for team members
- Work with Production team to develop a training plan for manufacturing team members and assign team members to appropriate trainings
- Create and communicate training schedule
- Conduct training audits monthly
- Partner with HR and Safety to coordinate compliance training
- Work with subject matter experts to develop and maintain standardized work for current skill trainings
- Work with Production team to create and conduct on-the-floor lean trainings
- Shadow current skills training (to be a backup as needed)
- 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment in a process/manufacturing/or operations/materials management role
- Strong organizational kills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong verbal, listening, presentation, and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
