The OSS acts as the lead by assisting the Practice Supervisor in coordinating work activities, resolving problems, training, orientation, and contributes to performance evaluations of the support staff. Makes suggestions and participates in process improvements in support of achieving the established Medical Group performance expectations. This position functions as part of the site-based leadership team in support of, and responsible for all clinic operations. EDUCATION: Associates Degree in Business or related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting. This is a bargaining union position.
