Duties
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, window tinting, and polishing to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Conduct detailed interior cleaning such as vacuuming, upholstery shampooing, and dashboard wiping to ensure a spotless cabin.
- Use buffing machines and polishing tools to restore vehicle paintwork and remove scratches or imperfections.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks like oil changes, fluid top-offs, and light repairs under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to promote a safe workspace.
- Support custodial responsibilities by ensuring all tools and equipment are organized and properly stored after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating vehicle status clearly and addressing customer questions professionally.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Experience with car wash procedures, detailing techniques, buffing, and cleaning methods.
- Knowledge of janitorial or custodial work to maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to operate basic automotive tools and equipment safely.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for moving vehicles when needed.
- Familiarity with window tinting techniques is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow step-by-step instructions efficiently.
