🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to last visit
- Handle inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism
- Greet patients with warmth and confidence at check-in and check-out
- Educate patients on the benefits of care plans and help them commit to their health goals
- Present and sell treatment packages and wellness products
- Maintain accurate records and process payments
- Assist Chiropractors with patient flow and support during treatments
