Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the condominium property
- Provide support to residents and respond to general inquiries or requests
- Help maintain clean, safe, and well-organized common areas throughout the building
- Assist with package handling, deliveries, and front desk support as needed
- Support maintenance and facilities staff with minor tasks and errands
- Monitor building access and ensure the security and safety of residents
- Report any property issues or concerns to management in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or building services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform light physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist across various duties
- Basic understanding of building safety and security procedures preferred
