Position: Program Management Assistant Key Responsibilities: Coordinate quoting, ordering, and shipping of development samples for various vehicle build events. Manage and track customer purchase orders (POs). Manage and track internal purchase orders. Handle pricing and invoicing of necessary customer parts. Manage and track internal and external inventory. Track the status of customer sample deliveries and provide weekly reports to cross-functional teams. Monitor the status of internal sample orders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure samples meet correct hardware and software levels. Track design changes and provide weekly reports to relevant teams. Prepare documentation for PPAP submissions and upload to customer systems. Track expiration dates and timing for PPAP submissions to ensure on-time delivery. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication. Provide general support for the program management team as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to travel domestically to support customer sample deliveries. Standard work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
