Percheron PM is recruiting on behalf of an industry leader in specialty outdoor surfacing.

We are an industry leader specializing in pour-in-place surfaces for playgrounds and walking paths. Our surfaces are designed to keep users safe from hazards like sharp objects and poor fall cushioning.
We are building out our team for increased growth and looking for a motivated and talented business development professional to find and connect with key opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with contractors, landscape architects, and municipal clients by leveraging leads from articles, permits, and project databases.
Input and manage these leads in our CRM system through a combination of cold calling, emailing, virtual meetings, and sending samples.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to securing sales, and then coordinate hand-off to the operations team for project execution.
Utilize Autodesk tools for area takeoffs (training provided).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or business development role, ideally with some background in construction.
A self-motivated individual with strong moral character who thrives in a growing team environment.
Performance Metrics:
Daily Input: Log at least 4 new opportunities into the CRM each day.
Daily Dials: Make a minimum of 20 calls per day (voicemails, inbound, and outbound).
Project Qualification: Qualify at least 5 projects per week, advancing them from specification to bidding.
Monthly Closures: Close 5 projects per month with an average order size of $100,000.
Additional Notes:
Travel may be required up to 10 times per year.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
