Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join our regional fleet based in Pensacola, FL. With consistent freight and mileage, our routes offer regular weekly home time, a reliable weekly paycheck, and a full benefits package from day one. This position is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full support as they begin a professional trucking career.
- Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.

- Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
- Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time originating from Pensacola and surrounding Gulf Coast operations. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
Minimum qualifications
- Valid CDL‑A.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
- Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
