We are seeking Class A CDL drivers with no prior experience who wish to begin their driving career based in Pensacola, FL, operating on a regional/Eastern seaboard fleet. This position provides routes with weekly home resets, a paid training programme, a comprehensive benefits package, and modern equipment.
- Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit.
- Schedule: Regional routes with a weekly home reset based out of Pensacola, FL.
- Equipment and freight: Fully loaded, brand-new trucks; Drop & Hook dry van freight.
- Benefits: Full benefits package including 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Training: Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers who meet the minimum instruction requirement.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must meet hiring and DOT requirements.
- Minimum 120 hours of driving school instruction completed.
This role is intended for new CDL-A holders who have recently completed training and wish to start working immediately to gain the experience required for career advancement.
