Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain systems and track all franchisee correspondence, reporting and supporting records
- Act as liaison and primary contact for all franchisees
- Provide ServiceTitan administrative support
- Lead and document onboarding process via regularly scheduled meetings
- Prepare and record all franchise ServiceTitan data and generate reports
- Perform and report franchise daily, weekly and monthly audits
- Review and audit incoming and outgoing calls
- Participate in franchise operations strategic planning
- Travel to and provide complete on-site setup and go-live support
- Track and manage communication between franchisees and onboarding team
- Lead on-going development and evaluation of operational standards, policies, and best practices to ensure alignment with Brand standards
- Identify franchise and individual skill gaps, developmental areas, and opportunities by comparing to KPIs (e.g., training, process improvement, coaching, etc.)
- Establish performance goals and provide feedback, coaching, and development to enhance the franchisees performance, to facilitate and encourage continuous performance improvement
- Duties as assigned
- Experience as a Franchise Business Coach or have a leadership background
- Must be positive, upbeat and have a sense of humor
- Effective time management skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Experience providing counseling, coaching, or training in a business setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize a wide-ranging workload
