What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate service calls using ServiceTitan
- Dispatch technicians with accuracy and urgency
- Provide outstanding customer service on every inbound and outbound call
- Follow up on open estimates and customer opportunities
- Stay composed under pressure, especially during emergency calls
- Keep detailed notes and ensure seamless communication across the team
- Contribute to a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and scalable growth
- High energy, strong communication, and a friendly, professional phone presence
- Ability to multitask and stay organized when the pace picks up
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Customer service or dispatch experience preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus, not a must
