Duration: 3 month contract-to-hire
Location: Charlotte, NC – 4 days/week onsite, 1 day/week remote

- 5-8 years of experience of Oracle Cloud HCM, payroll module
- Deep understanding of Payroll Processing, US Taxes and Payroll Accounting
- Understanding of End-to-End integrations between HR, Compensation and Payroll
- Creation and maintenance of Elements and the Fast Formulas associated
- Elements is specific to Payroll Module
- Use of Oracle Cloud methodologies to create new, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract and OTBI, BI Publisher
- Tables used in Oracle HCM for support and reporting needs
- People that worked on EBS platform of Oracle (on prem) will have this

Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Oracle HCM Payroll module, with a deep understanding of Core HR and Compensation modules.
- Provide design recommendations and troubleshooting assistance to technical teams, looking at the application holistically.
- Engage in solutioning, testing, and configuration of the Oracle HCM Fusion application.
- Ensure application upgrades are successful and do not cause system failures.
- Design and document build requirements for reporting and technical development work.
- Support the ongoing initiative to integrate over 200 vendors into the Oracle suite to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain a functional capacity while understanding technical concepts to solve complex problems.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the payroll module.
- A deep understanding of Payroll Processing, US Taxes, and Payroll Accounting.
- Knowledge of end-to-end integrations between HR, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
- Experience with the creation and maintenance of Elements and their associated Fast Formulas within the Payroll Module.
- Proficiency in using Oracle Cloud methodologies and tools such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, and BI Publisher for creation, enhancement, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with the tables used in Oracle HCM for support and reporting needs, often gained from experience with the Oracle EBS platform.
