Role Summary:

System Operations / Production Support Engineer with 4 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in 24/7 production environments. Skilled in application monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, Linux administration, SQL query analysis, and log monitoring using Splunk and AppDynamics. Experienced in handling P1/P2 incidents, proactive issue resolution, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and uptime.

This is a P1 level production support role and is above traditional help desk support.
