This role is responsible for ensuring artwork alignment with approved curatorial direction, successful artist coordination, site readiness, and installation execution
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Art Curation, Interior Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.
3–5 years of collaborative project management or installation experience.
Partner with all stakeholders to ensure site readiness for installations.
Review architectural drawings and validate installation locations prior to artist arrival.
Serve as primary on-site contact for commissioned artists.
Coordinate artist travel logistics including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and site credentials.
Proficiency with Keynote/PowerPoint and Excel required.
Adobe Creative Software proficiency preferred.
AUTOCAD knowledge preferred; must be able to read architectural drawings.
Spanish language fluency, both spoken and written, is required.
