The roadmap is built — 11 features over 18 months across our consumer mobile app and admin portal. Our CEO has done the strategy work and is acting as VP of Product. He needs a partner who can take a strong roadmap and turn it into shipped software without scaffolding underneath.
You write the BRDs. You write the user stories. You write the acceptance criteria including messaging schemas. You run daily sessions with our offshore engineering team. You own the customer feedback loop and the KPIs. You ship.
This is a path-to-Product Manager role at a profitable, bootstrapped company. We're titling it accurately for what you do in year one. The title — and the comp — change when the work changes.

## You're a fit if
- You have 5 years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience and have shipped consumer-facing mobile apps as the primary owner
- You write BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build from without coming back for clarification
- You enforce Definition of Ready — you know what a complete ticket looks like
- You've worked directly with offshore engineering teams
- You're data-driven and use AI tools to accelerate your work
- You want to grow into a Product Manager role and are willing to earn it through execution
**Strongly preferred:** Experience in benefits administration, healthcare, insurance, or regulated B2B2C. Experience designing data contracts or API specs. Experience with conversational AI or chat products.

## Compensation
- **Base:** $140,000
- **Bonus:** $5,000 / $15,000 / $30,000 tied to outcomes
- **Equity:** 250,000 stock options. 4-year vest, 1-year cliff.
- **Total cash range:** $145,000–$170,000
On-site in Miami, 5 days per week.
