This leader is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our HR technology products, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications.
This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and technology delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.
10 years of experience in product management, HR technology, or enterprise systems delivery
3–5 years of people leadership or team oversight
Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms
Experience leading HR transformation or digital transformation initiatives
Manage system enhancements, integrations, releases, and ongoing platform optimization
Strong Configuration Capability in the core applications.
Define test strategy, scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and scalability
