Responsibilities
Core Barista / Cashier Duties:
- Learn and understand company mission, values, and history
- Prepare and discuss coffee beverages including pour overs, espresso, milk steaming, latte art, cold brew, and more
- Operate Square to process customer transactions, print receipts, and manage tickets
- Maintain knowledge of inventory systems and assist with inventory updates
- Provide excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
- Keep all workstations clean, organized, and stocked
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Prior barista or customer service experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in coffee craft and operations
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.70 - $20.50 per hour
