Our People Teams play an integral role in every aspect of our hotels.
The People Operations Generalist plays a key role in supporting the People Operations department by handling a variety of administrative and People Operations-related tasks. This position assists with onboarding, team member records, team member activations, pay it forward events, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient People Ops operation.
About you.
REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, human resources, hospitality, or employee relations experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED:
- Associate’s degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience supporting international employees, interns, or cultural exchange programs.
- Experience with Workday or similar Human Resource Information Systems.
- Hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and budget reconciliation.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
