POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Generalist partners with management to provide recruiting and consultative human resources support to the organization. Responsible for ensuring human resources policies, compliance practices, and programs are aligned to organization goals and objectives.

Location: First 3 months fully in office. This may be a hybrid position that works 2 days/week at the Gold Bond Building and 3 days/week Work From Home. Must reside on Oahu.
Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Extended hours as needed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducation/Training/Experience
Minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Two years of Human Resources experience in recruiting, compliance, compensation, payroll, employee relations, and/or benefits
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
