Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating schedules, inspecting completed work, addressing guest concerns promptly, and maintaining high standards of service. The role also involves maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve performance goals
- Proficiency in all areas of Housekeeping operations and Laundry management
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency
- Previous experience in hospitality or the service industry is preferred
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
