We're looking for an exceptional Guest Relations Manager to join the team at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, our flagship luxury resort on the breathtaking North Shore of Kauaʻi.'
As Guest Relations Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable, personalised experiences for every guest. Working alongside our operational leaders, you'll ensure every stay reflects the elevated service and thoughtful hospitality that define the 1 Hotels brand.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead and inspire the Guest Relations team to deliver world-class luxury service.
- Manage the experience for VIP, Redwood, celebrity, C-suite and long-stay guests.
- Coordinate personalised pre-arrival planning, special requests and bespoke amenities.
- Partner closely with operational departments to create seamless guest journeys.
- Lead service recovery, respond to guest feedback and identify opportunities to continuously elevate the guest experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
- Is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Is a confident communicator and inspiring people leader.
- Thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Is proactive, organised and solutions-focused.
Salary: $72,000–$82,000 USD annually
