We're currently seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations and ensure the successful execution of meetings, weddings, conferences, and special events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Banquet team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of banquet and catering events.
- Manage labor, food, and beverage costs while achieving operational goals.
- Coordinate banquet event orders and catering contracts to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal departments to create memorable guest experiences.
