- Review and interpret multiple daily reports to identify trends, flag issues, and make timely operational decisions

- Communicate professionally in writing and verbally with executives, managers, and staff — including drafting emails, responding to leadership, and representing the company well in every interaction
- Apply and enforce HR policies fairly and consistently
- Maintain composure and professionalism when navigating difficult conversations, conflict, and a wide range of personalities and communication styles
- Proactively identify problems and dig into root causes without being asked
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including willingness to fill in on shifts and work in all weather conditions
- Multitask effectively in a fast-changing, high-volume environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a team of 75–150 employees, ideally in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or a similar operations-heavy industry
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling insights from multiple data sources and reports daily and translating them into action
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
- Working knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor at all times
- A calm, level-headed approach to conflict and high-pressure situations
- Self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and naturally driven to do things well without close supervision
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and outdoor work in all weather
- Ability to provide professional references (required — references will be checked)
