Responsibilities for this position also include
- Conducting thorough deal compliance reviews
- Processing and submitting title paperwork for sold vehicles
- Researching and responding to registration and title questions, problems, or errors in a timely and professional manner
- accurately entering and uploading deal information into the management system
- Processing and managing customer trade payoffs and maintaining clear, professional communication with financial institutions
- Current PA notary license is a huge plus!
